Include "Access mode" in the default filters #8

Commonly, repositories have the "Access mode" filter listed as first (or on top).

The access mode definition logic is based on existence of few attributes and seems a bit complicated.

DATS existing keys shall be inspected if the logic can be defined more explicitly.
