Trolling behaviour in the #general channel (https://elixir-lang.slack.com/archives/C03EPRA3B/p1541573024094500) is exacerbated by @everyone mentions.

There's rarely a need to notify everyone.

Please disable @here and @everyone to limit the trolling.

Thanks for opening the issue @mbuhot.

I'm very puzzled by this because @here and @everyone are disabled for everyone but the admins. If it wasn't I'm sure we would see it used more often. Wondering if it's a bug in Slack.

We will investigate.
