Idea - How about having a default WordPress feature for layout customizations which could be integrated with Twitter Bootstrap to set the width of the sections
Advantage -
user friendly - No need to code page templates for defining layouts. This makes it user friendly, so users who are not good with PHP could also modify, edit layout
Dynamic plugged content - Widgets could be used to place content dynamically without having to code for content
Saves a lot of turn around time
Enhances default WP page editor
Thanks,
Achin
