Travis script for building #2

Add a travis script for building our directory structure and releasing it to github releases as a tarball.

It will need to:

Remove .gitkeep files
Remove .gitignore files
Remove .travis.yml file
Remove build.sh file
Remove README file
Remove LICENSE file
