Working MacOS Plugin (Intel/Arm) with Metal acceleration and motion blur, Windows and Linux

This is a working OpenFX 1.4 plugin for MacOS, Windows and Linux64.
Tested on a Macbook Pro i9 with MacOS 11.2.3 and Blackmagic Davinci Resolve 17.1.1 studio with equirectangulars rushes generated with GoPro Player in Apple Prores 5.6k from a GoPro Max.
Playing at 25fps is OK
Motion blur is ok until 5 samples at 25fps on my Macbook Pro

The bundle is an "universal" one containing all the 3 supported architectures.
