目前可以通过浏览器正常访问 http://elpa.emacs-china.org/melpa/ ，但是 emacs 内部使用 package-refresh-contents 一直失败，这个可能是什么原因呢？

现在没问题了，我 Emacs 试了几次，前 2 次卡死，后面就 OK 了。镜像本身没有问题，但是可能受它的速度和稳定性影响，另外 Emacs 本身内置的 HTTP 库多半也不很靠谱。

是有点奇怪，我这边还是一直timeout....
