CIDR block feature

Hello - It would be a great feature to support CIDR range block and add option to import CIDR from txt file.

In malware detection blacklist, there is "emerging threats" and its block CIDR /16 /12 .etc could you implement just an option to import txt to block same as emerging threat. I have no idea if this complex or not.
