mixin.bugfix.slow_tps_catchup=true is incompatible with TickrateChanger #97

I use SleepingOverhaul (TickrateChanger, CosmicLib) + ExtendedDays.

When mixin.bugfix.slow_tps_catchup is enabled, SleepingOverhaul's timelapse doesn't actually speed up the time.
