RectShape stroke behavior change

Hey guys. I've upgraded from egui 0.27.2 to 0.29.1 and there seems to be a RectShape stroke change that I wanted to confirm.

let stroke_width = 3.0;

let (response, painter) = ui.allocated_painter(Vec2::splat(rect_size), Sense::click());

let shape: Shape = RectShape::new(response.rect, Rounding::ZERO, Color32::RED, Stroke::new(stroke_width, Color32::WHITE)).into();

painter.add(shape);

0.27.2

in 0.29.1 the stroke is applied on the outside

the stroke only shows up in 29.1 if you expand the clip rect

painter.set_clip_rect(response.rect.expand(stroke_width));

So seems like essentailly the stroke is applied on the outer vs the inner perimeter of the rectshape
is this expected / there an easy eay around this without expanding clip rects?
