比如我新建工程，然后在里面做了各类处理，然后点击导出，弹窗选择帧数、格式、扽等，然后就可以【导出处理后的mp4 】，你这个项目可以代替这个功能吗？

这个工具现在已经不能用了，草稿被加密了
