for php you can use 7.4 so you can delete libcurl3 completely and install curl and libcurl4 by default.

so as a layman on the subject, it means that I can use up to php 7.3.33 as it is compatible with the php files present in the "wwwdir" but not php 7.4 as nothing would work for me. It's right?
