[Feature] Add hero component

Nearly every project makes use of a hero area component. We should add one to Emulsify.

What is a hero component?

A hero component is a prominent callout at the top of important pages that has text and usually an image or video.

Why add a hero component?

Since they show up in every project, we should have a component stubbed out for it, including versions for color backgrounds, image backgrounds, and video backgrounds.

Assuming "Banner" is the same as "Hero" in this case.
