Migration of a public community on the parachain to a private community in the sidechain. See encointer/encointer-parachain#144

  • Migration of storage of Balances and Ceremonies pallets
  • Do after communities purge (→ in registering phase ) to minimize the number of values to migrate
  • What if it takes longer than the production of a block?

Note: Some hack migration is implemented for the proof of concept to update at once all required communities pallet's storage in the enclave : #34
