SC++ Notifications don’t appear

I already have my notifications for the app on, so it has to make sound when i get a snap. But it doesn’t. I don’t hear or know when i get a snap unless I open the app. It doesn’t even show badges for it. It doesn’t even show it as a banner on or off the lock screen. This ios btw
