Datalog Inferencer

This is a tracking issue for adding a Datalog Inferencer in Enola.dev, as announced today.

Before supporting Datalog, a good start may be to hack some at least initial infrastructure for hard-coding (Java-based) inferencing? There's nothing, yet! 😄

It may end up being similar to https://jena.apache.org/documentation/inference/ ?

This issue will be closed when at least an initial MVP version is either available, or if I've determined not to pursue this.

I've captured a short-list of possible Datalog frameworks which I'll likely zoom into here.

PS: Those should show up, just for fun, as Things on https://docs.enola.dev/models - once #843 is fixed.
