[Auth] Desktop Client Randomly Freezes

Description

On Version 4.0.3.

When leaving the application open for around an hour in the foreground, the app freezes, and no new token are updated, unable to open any menus, etc. Need to close the application completely and re-open it. In the below log segment, app was restarted at 10:58 after freezing.
