Win 4.1.0 DT crashes on exit

Description

This is a PARTIAL dupe of #3518. The bug now extend to all exits from the windows handle also, before it was just from the exit right menu from the sys tray.

4.1.0 DT Win start and runs normally, no other functions teted except viewing existing codes. Exiting from the app gives "ente auth has topped working, please cose the program dialog" twice, but task manager shows the process is cilled after the first dialog.

Logout, deletion and reinstallation does not change anything
