Looks like flutter_sodium is mostly compatible with desktop but still this PR makes it 100% compatible as macos path was not searched properly.

  • Removed redundant folders.
  • Updated dependencies
  • Lint Support
  • Tests for the crypto_util.dart (WIP)

@vishnukvmd The units tests are all success and also no breaking change from previous version.
