Child of #287

Create an introduction page for the SDK (likely at the root of the section /reference/sdk) that answers the following questions:

  • What problem does the Entropy SDK solve?
  • Programming languages it supports.
  • What are the primary use cases?
  • Who's the target dev audience?
  • Any lofty goals for the SDK that don't exist right now, but you're planning on adding them eventually?
