Feature Request: remove deleted translation strings from translation.php files #27

I noticed that when:

adding a translation string in a template {{ 'WordToTranslate'|t }}
then saving the Enupal Translate list from the CP
then removing {{ 'WordToTranslate'|t }} again from the template

the corresponding string inside site.php 'WordToTranslate' => 'translation' (the translation file) remains.

It would be nice if the translation file could be cleaned up when saving the Enupal list.
