Calculate how many human hours have been saved by removing manual submission/data moving steps

When setting up the json script, we could ask each user to estimate how long it takes them (in minutes) to setup another job (taking a template job and editing the run script), or restart a job when it fails, so that the ensembler tool can automatically estimate how many total human hours have been saved by using this tool?
