Option to automatically switch Caffeine on when connected to power #190

As Caffeine's main use on a laptop is to save power, at least for me, I would like to propose an option in the settings to automatically activate Caffeine when connected to power.

I've been using this extension for years and would love this feature.

Even if anyone knows a command to activate caffeine would be great so I can just write a simple script to activate when plugged in.

I think if someone figures out how to change caffiene from terminal it can be done easily #148

Thanks. Oddly I found on my PC using gsettings as suggested still did not work with the latest master (I double checked the schema path on my pc too).

What does work though, is using dconf, like so dconf write /org/gnome/shell/extensions/caffeine/user-enabled true
