Update dacfactory payment contract to allow for currency fluctuations #86

The price of dacfactory in eos and eosdac is likely to change over time but the payment contract will only allow the exact payment at the time the payment is made.

This needs to be modified to create an invoice record at the time the payment is due and then make sure that amount is received before updating the paid until date
