From issue 88, this ticket is to create a staging environment for the eosnetwork.com website hosting, and to deploy a copy of the website behind Cloudflare. The website is a Wordpress site.

The only real requirement I got from leadership is that the Wordpress hosting shall be managed. Fundamentally, leadership doesn't want anyone to have to spend time worrying about backups or upgrading software.

The current plan is to investigate using AWS Lightsail, but this may change as we get into it.
