User Story

As the developer of Stalker I want the config system to be overhauled so that it doesn't allow execution of arbitrary Python code to retrieve config data as in Pyramid.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Update the config system to parse the values from an stalker.ini file.
  • The files placement can again be parsed from STALKER_PATH environment variable.
