Pull in Issues for source code

Not sure how difficult it would be, or where they would go.

Good for 2 reasons off the top of my head though.

Exposure of the issues list would be a prod for people to adapt another best practice (like the blog, repo, and wiki).
Making it more easily accessible on the dashboard might encourage more cross participation.

This could potentially be quite challenging. I don't know if all of the issue systems we work with publish RSS.

I just looked into it briefly, Github and Google Code have APIs. Redmine has a Atom Feed. Not sure how usable the APIs are but it seems like they have some form of built in support.
