HCS Parser: support CZI format

Background
New format CZI should be supported in HCS parser and generate ome.tiff which can be viewed by Cloud-Pipeline HCS viewer

For the CZI images the next logic should be implemented:

• To support existing Plate-Well approach, CZI image will be generated as 1 plate : 1x1 well picture
• Additional settings should be added to the hcs file:

      "video": False,
      "analysis": False,
      "plate_layout": False,
      "well_layout": False,
      "original_image": False,
      "timeseries_layout": False

• Tagging should work the same way as for TIFF
