Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current versions of the Tekton stack components, including Pipelines, Triggers, Chains, and Interceptors, may not have the latest features, improvements, and security updates. This can lead to compatibility issues, missing features, and reduced performance. Keeping these components updated ensures stability, better functionality, and access to long-term support (LTS) releases.

Describe the solution you'd like
Upgrade all Tekton stack components—Pipelines, Triggers, Chains, and Interceptors—to their latest available LTS versions. This update should ensure compatibility across the components and maintain stability for existing pipelines and workflows.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative approach could be performing incremental updates for individual components rather than upgrading the entire stack at once. However, this might lead to version mismatches and compatibility issues between the components.

Additional context
Ensure backward compatibility with existing Tekton pipelines and workflows.
