Limit minimum and maximum zoom on axis

Hello,

I was trying to implement a timeline with events and tried to inspire myself from the candlestick plot.

My search did turn empty, but I was wondering if there was any way to limit the minimum and maximum zoom on an axis. What I mean by that, is that on my timeline, I want to give the user the option to zoom in and out in the timeline, but my constraints are the following:

• When the user zooms in, I want that it is only possible to zoom until a certain point, e.g. cannot zoom on less than three days.
• When the user zooms out, I want that it is only possible to zoom out until a start and an end date (e.g. beginning of 2021 to now).
