Hi,

I'd like to add more customized plots into the genome.

For instance, I'd like to add genome sequence as one track so I can know the seuqnece when I move along the genome.
Further, I'd like to add another track including the alignment or some kind of segment plots. It would be great, if I can change the order or sort those segments/alignments by some functions.
