Describe the bug
The robot was running a mission and had one mission in queue when the battery fell below the battery threshold. A "drive to safe position" was scheduled but didn't start before the ongoing mission completed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
The robot should cancel ongoing mission and drive home
