Describe the improvement you would like to see
Add a ISAR Inspection Id to the mission run

Currently it only has the database id; I suggest having a designated IsarInspectionId, similar to what we do with IsarTaskId

How will this change existing functionality?
This will be the common id between Flotilla, ISAR and IDA to point to an inspection

How will this improvement affect the current Threat Model?
NA
