Describe the improvement you would like to see
When the frontend periodically queries for inspection. Evaluate the response to determine if it is worth retrying or it should not retry.

How will this change existing functionality?
Reduce potentially unnecessary calls for inspection results

How will this improvement affect the current Threat Model?
