Today we support to set the resource requests/limits globally, and for the server we (wrongly, see #665) support a per-model override. We did not support a per-model override earlier because of argo specific stuff, but now we can support it after argo 2.4.2 added support for pod-spec patch, example. Should we?

Wait for Argo >= 2.4
