Loading

Develop a resistance-based health system to enhance realism and gameplay depth.

Base Health (HP): Simple HP bar for overall health.
Resistance Attributes: Physical, chemical, and environmental resistances for each body part.
Probabilistic Damage: Damage calculations based on resistances.
Modular Regeneration: Implement basic regeneration influenced by genetics and environment.

Depends on #9 still being doable with mock data.
