[Request Feature] Selecting controller in the Case of more than 4 Dinput controller #36

I recently try XOutput for the psmoveserver vr setting

I have more than 4 Dinput Controller connected to PC,
But I only want to emulate 2 Controller as X input.

The XOuput does not allow me to choose which controller to emulate, It only default selects the first 4 controllers.

It would be great if XOuput allows us to choose which controller via a list.

Also, Thank you for the great work on this XOutput software!
