This is a request initiated from the Security WG as a replacement for Google Docs:

Someone told us they had very good experience in their company with

It has a pricing model which is quite scalable to our needs I think.

On the surface this looks quite nice, I can see it being valuable at work. I'll try it out soon.

Seriously? We are telling people to avoid using Google Apps and that we will offer alternatives. Nothing happened on this so far.

Most WG just ignore and use Google Docs for meeting notes since there is no alternative.

Now security WG took it more serious and actually provided us with a suggestion with sensible pricing, basically doing our work. I've passed this on.

But in general people in WGs are using Google Docs for Note taking and agenda, Google sheets for organizing things like stipends which often contains personal data and Google Slides for presentations.

As in the other issue I can only say: if we don't reduce friction for WG chairs we will run out of chairs soon. As I just took the task to reboot a few groups I see the pattern how just keeping up recurring meetings and keeping some notes is taking peoples bandwidth and we should really try to help there.

If (rhetorical) we lack capacity in Infra here is my ceterum censeo: we need to hire help or we will fail as an organisation.
