I Installed throttled in fedora 40 with no problem, apparently fedora 41 and throttled is not compatible when I update it ...

Note that you can install it manually (https://github.com/erpalma/throttled?tab=readme-ov-file#fedora) which I suggest as the copr haven't been updated for a while (it doesn't support Raptor Lake and above), but you'll need to change a dependency: #366
