What?

There is some language support for the EDTF PHP library we're using (see here: ProfessionalWiki/EDTF#36), but we should document how that happens and where/how any future potential languages can be supported if needed. We should also provide a list of what's available (current ones are here: https://github.com/ProfessionalWiki/EDTF/tree/master/i18n).
