Looking for maintainer: esp-hal-smartled

The intention of this repository is to allow the community to manage packages which the team at Espressif do not consider to be priorities, allowing us to focus on building out the HAL and surrounding ecosystem. I had originally added myself to CODEOWNERS for the esp-hal-smartled package just to get the ball rolling here, but I would like to find one or more volunteers to take over so that I can distance myself from this process.

Maintainership will require reviewing, testing, and merging relevant PRs, as well as handling new releases. Volunteers will be given the required permissions on GitHub and crates.io to perform these duties.

If you are interested in volunteering to maintain this package, please open a pull request replacing my username in the CODEOWNERS file with your own, and I will take care of the remaining administrative work prior to merging it.
