How to Read/Write Registers

What is the esp-hal Team's recommendation for reading or writing to one register?

1. Break out into the esp32 PAC
2. Use this library - if so I'm confused which functions are to be used.

If it weren't all typed and I had to enter register address, I'm okay with that.

For any functionality not provided by the HAL, I would recommend using the PAC directly.

The PAC is the answer, ended up using it to solve my issue. It aligns well with the technical specification. Thanks.
