We unfortunately need (very few) code changes but it's not too much.

The blocking network stack used by the examples already got an update: bjoernQ/blocking-network-stack#1

Unfortunately, embedded-nal didn't - maybe it would be best to remove that example and replace it with an example using plain smoltcp (just to prove it works with any stack). (And later move that example to qa-test, of course)
