IEEE 802.15.4

• moved the repo from my GitHub space to esp-rs
• made the repo public

Other

• final testing of Ivan's no_std/sequential branch of matter-rs on bare-metal (ESP32-C3)
• experimented with fuzzing the Xtensa LLVM backend
  • using CSmith to generate C code
  • testing Clang RISCV vs Clang Xtensa
  • running the tests on Wokwi

Thanks! Turns out we were missing the I2C_FIFO_ST_REG register, as well as had some issue with clearing the interrupt flags while the FIFOs are not empty. All should be fixed now - can you please check again?

• The work on no_std and async is now merged in matter-rs mainline (as two branches - no_std and sequential parallel to main, for now)
• Better async support (in branch sequential, which builds on top of no_std). Does not depend on any particular async executor
• Works on Linux, Mac and ESP32 (with and without ESP-IDF)
• Built-in mDNS. Bare-metal users now only need to "bring in" (a) a rand function, (b) an epoch function and (c) wire the Matter transport & mDNS stack to UDP
