• New SVD for ESP32-S3 which includes the previously missing SDHOST peripheral
• Significant rework of the RMT peripheral for all devices with this peripheral
  • New SVDs for ESP32, ESP32-C3/C6, ESP32-H2, and ESP32-S2/S3
• Some small progress on the ESP32-P4

ESP-PACS

• Add missing SDHOST peripheral for ESP32-S3, align peripheral name for ESP32 esp-pacs#145
• Add new SVDs with included fixes for RMT peripheral esp-pacs#147

ESP-HAL

• Update esp-hal-smartled to use the new rmt driver, remove old pulse_control driver esp-hal#694
• Update the PACs and resolve breaking changes, simplify rmt driver esp-hal#695

MISCELLANEOUS

• Mention the ESP32-C6 and ESP32-H2 in the README esp-flasher-stub#27
