Hello there,

How can I delete a bridged node using Matter controllers like, Home Assistant or Apple Homekit without deleting the bridge device itself?

Hi, the controller cannot modify the data model of an end device as Matter doesn't provide a cluster for it. The operation of adding/deleting endpoints on bridge should be vendor-specific. Normally, the vendor should develop a phone app to add/delete bridged endpoints for the bridge, or if the bridge has UI, the endpoints can be added/deleted on the UI.
