Add PK Parameter calculation to scenario #677

Would it be possible to add PK-Parameter calculation as new column to the scenarios?

For example:

add a new PKParameter.xlsx to the configuration files
each sheet contains a list of PK Parameters.
For the Scenarion which have a shhetname as entry in the scenario.xlsx the PK Parameters are calculated and exported
