Push ete4 on conda and/or pypi

Hi,
Ete4 looks really great, thanks for the improvements.
Are there any plans to push this new version to pypi and/or conda?
This would be really useful for pipelines with automatic installation or Galaxy workflows.

+1 !! conda install ete3 doesnt work on python 3.8 hope ete4 does. Thank you!

+1. The updates from ete3 look useful but no ability to install from PyPI or Conda is an immediate no for integrating into my team's environment.
