ETE 4.0

• we expect to cover the following:
  • full Python 3 support (dropping 2.7 compatibility)
  • Improve installation, releasing systems and packaging
  • Official Windows support? (power shell should be easy)
  • all reported bug and bug-minor issues
  • new features:
    • new module for side-by-side tree comparison: tree-diff
    • performance improvements in treeview
    • web plugging to embed interactive tree viz into custom websites
    • improved usability of ete-build to run phylogenetic workflows

• Large tree visualization
• GUI improvements
• TreeSearch module (regular expression tree-based searches)
