When a uenv has been started, e.g. uenv start prgenv-gnu/24.11 --view=spack, it is not possible to determine the full specification of the uenv:

full spec:
prgenv-gnu/24.11:v1@daint%gh200 or $SCRATCH/images/gpaw.squashfs
repo:
$SCRATCH/.uenv-images or /store/empa/apps/uenv-repo or none
