I would like us to move to quarterly EIPIP meetings after this call. There is no need for this biweekly cadence any longer. We've done a lot of work to improve the process, but now it seems to be constantly changing (or constantly proposing to change) without need.

Let's pick back up in Q4. In the meantime we should continue discussing things async (preferably resolving more things this way) and be efficient when we meet instead of debating every single proposal to death.

@lightclient when does EIP/ERC numbering via a Google sheet start?
I am keen for EIP/ERCs to continue to be numbered quickly, can I still help?
Assuming it is a manual process, then EIP/ERCs shouldn't be given a number until they have a spec.
